This week, we’re focusing on gaps and small obstacles. Our first lesson is turning the gaps sidways, looking at straight descents and drop precisions. Our second is about building parkour vision in small “islands” of architecture. Our third is focused on obstacles with gaps either immediately before or immediately after (mostly conquered using speed vaults and kong vaults, but also with strides, cranes, halfcats, and cat leaps).
